Preparing in Kiangkang has two distinct parts. Each appointment has its own free-text checklist for questions, saved on your device first so you can keep editing without a connection. Separately, you can generate an online report for a date range up to 365 days. The app helps organize what you recorded; it does not book with a hospital, connect to a hospital record, diagnose a condition or create a complete medical record.

Before the visit, choose what this conversation needs
Start with the purpose of this particular appointment. Read the instructions you received from the hospital, collect the medicine packages or labels you actually use, and note changes or concerns you want to describe. General appointment worksheets recommend preparing questions; Kiangkang gives those questions a place beside the appointment. Creating an appointment in the app does not make a hospital booking or sync with a hospital system. Keep following the hospital's own booking, confirmation and preparation instructions.
Keep a free-text questions checklist with each appointment
Add each question as free-text inside that appointment, then check items off during the visit. Because the checklist is per-appointment, a question for one clinician does not become a universal task attached to every future visit. Checklist changes are saved on your device first and can be sent to your Kiangkang account when a connection returns. This is app data, not a message delivered to the clinic, and no clinician reviews it automatically.
Prepare a separate medicine and health summary
When a compact history would help, choose an online report range up to 365 days. The report can summarize medication adherence, supported health values, and the five most-missed medicines from the records available for that range. Report generation requires internet. CSV is free and PDF is Premium. The report is not a complete current medicine list, raw record export, clinical note, or medical record, so bring the current labels and any documents the hospital asked for as well.
Use the checklist during and after the visit
Open the checklist, ask the questions in your own words and mark them only when they have been covered. If the clinician gives a new instruction, compare it with the printed or official instructions you receive instead of treating the app summary as the source of truth. Afterward, update your own records deliberately. Kiangkang does not listen to the visit, change medicines, monitor the clinician's plan or send automatic reports. Any medicine or dose change should follow the clinician or pharmacist's direction.

Can a caregiver prepare for a family member?
A permitted caregiver can create and update the visit itself — doctor, hospital, date, time, notes and reminders — for a family member, within the family's role and consent rules. The questions checklist stays with the person the appointment belongs to: they add and tick off items on their own device. The checklist remains app data: Kiangkang does not contact the hospital, confirm a booking or send the report automatically.
