Cookie Policy
This page lists every cookie our website (kiangkang.com) may set, what it does, and how long it lives. The Kiangkang mobile app does not use cookies.
1. Essential cookies (always on)
NEXT_LOCALE — remembers your language choice (TH/EN). First-party. 365 days. kk_consent_v1 — stores your cookie banner choice. First-party. 365 days. No opt-out (the site needs these to work).
2. Analytics cookies (opt-in)
_ga, _ga_[container_id] — Google Analytics 4. Distinguishes users + sessions. First-party (under kiangkang.com). 13 months. These only set after you click "Accept All" in the consent banner. Powered by Google Tag Manager (no cookies set by GTM itself).
3. Marketing cookies (opt-in)
Reserved for future use (Meta Pixel, LINE Tag, TikTok Pixel). Not active in Sprint 1. When activated, they will only fire after you grant Marketing consent.
4. Preference cookies (opt-in)
Reserved for personalization features (saved layouts, theme preferences synced across devices). Not active in Sprint 1.
5. How to opt out
Easiest: click "Manage cookies" in the footer (re-opens our consent modal). Browser-level: see your browser's help — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge all support cookie blocking. Google Analytics opt-out: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/). Opting out doesn't delete already-collected data — request erasure via privacy@kiangkang.app.
