Terms of Service
By installing or using Kiangkang, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Kiangkang for medication reminders and related personal health management. Subscription terms (Premium, Family plans) are billed via Apple App Store / Google Play / RevenueCat.
2. Medical disclaimer
Kiangkang is NOT a medical device. It is a reminder and tracking tool. It does NOT diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease. Always consult a licensed pharmacist or physician for medication advice. We are not liable for missed doses, adverse drug reactions, or any health outcome.
3. Acceptable use
You must not: reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service; upload illegal/harmful content; impersonate others; use the service to harass; circumvent paid features. Violation may result in account termination without refund.
4. Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY THAI LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bangkok courts.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
