My parents can't use the app themselves. Can I set it up for them?

Start by creating their profile and a QR or short code. After your parent connects and grants consent on their phone, you can add medicines and times from your device; they use the large confirmation control for each dose.

Is my parents' health data safe?

Encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. You can delete all your data anytime.

Does the app remind without internet?

Yes — reminders fire offline, and the dose log syncs to your family the moment they're back online.

Do I have to pay to use it?

No. Almost everything is in the free plan — unlimited medications, the full reminder stack, 365 days of history, doctor appointments, the SOS button, the emergency card, elder mode, and the home-screen widget all work without a card.

What does Premium cost, and is there a trial?

Premium is ฿149/month, or ฿650 for the first year when the store shows that offer, renewing at ฿990/year. The 7-day free trial is also store-controlled. Members inherit Premium only when their group owner subscribes; the 5-person cap includes the owner and is counted across every group that owner creates.

Cancel anytime from inside the app or from the App Store / Play Store, with no cancellation fee. If the store offers your account a 7-day trial, check its billing date and terms in the store before confirming.

Is there support if I get stuck?

When does it launch — can I use it now?

AI scan, instant setup

Snap a photo of any prescription label or pill bottle. Our AI scanner extracts the dose, frequency, and timing — you just confirm. Then ask the built-in AI assistant anything about the medicine.

Real-time family timeline

Every dose taken and every one missed — synced the moment it happens to the family members who have been given access. Caring becomes shared.

Missed-dose alerts, when you switch them on

Missed-dose alerts are off by default. Once enabled for a person, a dose still unconfirmed 45 minutes after its time appears in the caregiver's in-app inbox. LINE delivery and the daily digest require a linked LINE account with that channel enabled.

It speaks Thai — or speaks in your voice

Every reminder is read aloud in natural Thai, so nobody has to read a screen — or record it in your own voice instead. Far warmer than a robot, and elders love hearing the people they love.

Track health, share with the doctor

Blood pressure, glucose, weight, BMI — log as much as you like, watch the trend as a chart, and export it for the next clinic visit in one tap.

Elder mode + SOS

Big buttons, large fonts, simplified flow. The SOS button alerts family members whose devices can receive app notifications and attaches location only when permission is granted and a position is available. The emergency card carries blood type, allergies, and conditions.

On Android, confirm from the home screen

The Android widget shows doses and takes the “taken” tap from the home screen. On iPhone, the widget shows streak and XP, includes an SOS button, and shows the emergency card at some sizes; dose confirmation happens in the app.
